Kishore Kumar’s hearing adjourned to 2.30pm today in alleged online abuse of a Minister

Kishore Kumar’s hearing for the case where he allegedly uttered abusive words towards the Minister for Employment, Productivity and Industrial Relations, Agni Deo Singh, in 2022 has been adjourned to 2.30pm today.

The former school teacher is charged with unauthorised access to computer systems and causing harm by posting electronic communication in this case.

It is alleged that on December 14th, 2022, Kumar while in the Suva Magistrate’s Court, secured access to a Facebook account which did not belong to him and used it to post a video on a social media platform titled ‘Power In His Voice’.

He is accused of uttering vulgarities against Singh who was the Fiji Teachers Union General Secretary at the time.
