Kelepi Salauca who escaped from the Suva Court House on Thursday has been arrested.
Police Chief of Operations ACP Rusiate Tudravu says Salauca was arrested this morning by a taskforce team and escorted back to the Totogo Police Station where he will face charges for escaping from lawful custody.
ACP Tudravu says a parallel investigation has been directed to those who have been harbouring him since his escape.
Meanwhile, Police continue to request information regarding escapee Deshwar Dinesh Dutt who escaped from the custody of Correction Officers on Friday.
Dutt escaped from the Nadi Magistrates Court and anyone who has information on his whereabouts is requested to call Crime Stoppers on 919.
