Kadavu supports 2013 Constitution
The Kadavu Provincial Council said it supports the 2013 Constitution.

After the Prime Minister highlighted some key areas about the I-Taukei land yesterday, various chiefs were happy that their views have been taken into consideration by the current government.

Provincial Administrator Viliame Naiyabia said the chiefs have given the green light to the constitution.

Naiyabia added that the chiefs in the Kadavu province will support a government that serves the people of this country well and accepted the Prime Minister’s message yesterday that I-Taukei people cannot be leading all the time.

The Kadavu Provincial Council meeting is being chaired by former Magistrate Aminiasi Katonivualiku.

It will end today.
