Justice Vinsent Perera to deliver his judgement in Saula Temo case on Monday

All three assessors have found 21-year-old murder accused, Saula Temo guilty of manslaughter.

Temo is charged with one count of murder.

Suva High Court Judge, Justice Vincent Perera was supposed to give his judgement today but has deferred it to next Monday because he was not ready with the judgement.

Temo is alleged to have murdered Akuila Salavuki on the 17th of May 2018.

It is alleged Temo hit Salavuki on the head with a piece of timber that caused Salavuki's death at the Fiji Development Bank car park in Suva.
