Suva High Court Judge , Justice Vinsent Perera has issued a bench warrant for a juvenile who escaped from the Boys Centre.
The juvenile is charged with one count of rape and one count of criminal trespass.
The alleged incidents happened in Lau in June this year.
The case has been adjourned till the 4th of next month.
