Jury decision expected today
The jury in the triple murder trial of Brisbane man Max Sica is expected to retire today to consider its verdict.

42 year old Sica has pleaded not guilty to murdering his former girlfriend and two of her siblings.

He reported finding the bodies of the former Fiji citizens - Neelma Singh, her brother Kunal Singh, and sister Sidhi Singh in 2003.

Their bodies were found in a flooded spa bath at their Bridgeman Downs home on Brisbane's North.

Police charged Sica with three counts of murder five years later in 2008.

The ABC said that Justice John Byrne has presided over Sica's Supreme Court trial, which has run for more than three months.

Around 100 witnesses gave evidence during the trial, including relatives of the victims, police officers and members of the public.

He has told the jury the case against Sica was largely circumstantial and that the Crown had to prove beyond reasonable doubt that Sica was at the scene of the killings.
