High Court Judge, Justice Daniel Goundar will deliver his judgement in the rape trial of a man charged with raping his mother, this afternoon.
The alleged incidents happened in Kadavu between 2016 and 2017.
The man is charged with two counts of rape.
The three assessors have found the man guilty of one count of rape and not guilty for the other count of rape.
