The much-awaited film Homebound, starring Ishaan Khatter, Vishal Jethwa, and Janhvi Kapoor, will hit theatres on Friday.
The film, which premiered at Cannes and TIFF this year, has now announced Netflix as its official OTT streaming partner, although the exact streaming release date is yet to be confirmed, as films generally land on streaming platforms 45 to 60 days after their theatrical release.
The film premiered in Mumbai, India, and the event saw many Bollywood celebrities in attendance, including Hrithik Roshan, Vicky Kaushal, Arjun Kapoor, and Malaika Arora.
Janhvi Kapoor wore a blue and black saree that belonged to her late mother, Sridevi.
Homebound was recently announced as India’s official entry for the 2026 Oscars’ Best International Feature category.
