Investment Fiji targets 4,000 new jobs
Investment Fiji is aiming to create at least 4,000 new jobs in the country before the year ends.

Chief Executive Officer Ravuni Uluilakeba has said that just from January to September they have registered a total of 103 investment proposals with 2,171 new jobs created which has surpassed half of the target.

Uluilakeba said that this is an increase of 7% when compared to last year.

According to Uluilakeba the top three sectors - tourism, real estate and manufacturing will support the next three months and reach their target of 4,000 new employment opportunities.
