Acting Commissioner of Police, Rusiate Tudravu says the investigation file regarding the report of assault lodged by National Federation Party President, Pio Tikoduadua is now with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
He says the file was handed over on Friday for independent legal advice.
