An initiative that is helping hundreds of students across the country succeed is now underway.
The Alliance for Future Generations – Fiji One Book and One Pen Stationery Drive supported more than 120 students across the country last year.
1,400 books, pens and other stationery was collected last year through the initiative.
Coordinator Lavetanalagi Seru says there are many young people who are in unfortunate socio-economic circumstances, way beyond their control that could deprive them of going back to school fully equipped for the new academic year.
