Fiji Water Flying Fijians captain Waisea Nayacalevu's father Waisale Natuna says he was very emotional when he saw his son kneel down in victory after leading the Flying Fijians to a historic 22-15 win over the Wallabies in their second Rugby World Cup pool match yesterday.

Natuna says it was like a New Year celebration in the village of Sadro in Deuba after that victory.

He says everyone was shouting and cheering especially when one of their own is captaining the team.

Natuna says he has faith in the boys that they will lift their game and perform better in their remaining two RWC pool games.

Fiji will play Georgia in their third RWC pool clash on the 1st of October at 3.45am.

Meanwhile, Italy will play Uruguay at 3.45am on Thursday in the first match of round 3 of the RWC pool matches.
