House of Sarah along with a few other religious-based organizations have launched a video that highlights rape with the title ‘My faith says no to rape’.

House of Sarah representative Sereima Lomaloma says through the ten different faith-based leaders, they aim to advocate on issues such as rape and domestic violence.

Lomaloma says they want to step in as a group and highlight the power of collective advocacy to end violence against women and girls in Fiji.

Minister for Women, Children and Social Protection, Lynda Tabuya also praised them for uniting faith leaders to promote safety, respect, and equality.

Tabuya stressed the importance of making every space, online and offline safe for women and girls and called on all Fijians to challenge harmful norms and support prevention efforts.
