The mother of all festivals, the Hibiscus Festival is returning this year to the capital city after a lapse of five years and will be from the 31st of August until the 7th of September.

While launching the event this morning, Minister of Lands Filimoni Vosarogo says the Miss Hibiscus Festival is back with a renewed vigor and enthusiasm under the guidance of the Suva City Council and has become a tradition.

He says it has always been a platform for celebrating the spirit, talent, and beauty of our community, and it is truly exciting to see it return.

The event will held at the Ratu Sukuna Park and surrounding areas.
