A heavy rain warning remains in force for Southern, Eastern and interior of Viti Levu, Kadavu and nearby smaller islands, Lomaiviti and Southern Lau group until tomorrow.
The Nadi Weather Office says that a trough of low pressure with associated rain and thunderstorms remains slow moving over the group.
The affected areas include Southern, Eastern and interior of Viti Levu which includes, Korovou, Nausori, Rewa, Naitasiri, Suva through to Navua as well as Kadavu and nearby smaller islands, Lomaiviti and Southern Lau group.
The Nadi Weather Office says localised heavy falls may lead to flash flooding of low lying areas.
