The Nadi Weather Office says an active trough of low pressure with associated cloud and rain continues to affect the country.

They say another active trough of low pressure approaches the group from the west and associated cloud and rain is expected to affect the group till Sunday.

They add that possible impacts would be major flooding of low lying communities, irish crossing and business, flooding on major roads with significant disruption to essential services, power supply and traffic flow.
