A Heavy Rain Warning remains in force for the Northern Division, Yasawa Group, Lau and Lomaiviti Groups, Northern and Eastern parts of Viti Levu including Tavua, Rakiraki, Tailevu, Navua, Suva, Nausori, interior Ba-Ra-Naitasiri and Serua-Namosi.
A Flash Flood Alert remains in force for low lying and land flood prone areas of Vanua Levu, Northern and Eastern parts of Viti Levu including Tavua, Rakiraki, Tailevu, Navua, Suva, Nausori, Interior Ba-Ra-Naitasiri and Serua-Namosi.
The Nadi Weather Office says a trough of low pressure lies over the Fiji group.
Associated cloud and rain is expected to affect parts of the country till the next few days.
They say localised heavy rain may lead to flash flooding of low lying areas and flood prone areas.
