Heavy Rain Warning remains for Fiji while Flash Flood Warning remains for Vanua Levu and Viti Levu

A Heavy Rain Warning remains in force for the whole of Fiji Group and a Flash Flood Warning remains in force for all flood prone areas, small streams and low lying areas of Vanua Levu and Viti Levu.

A Flood Warning remains in force for flood prone areas adjacent to and downstream of Waimanu River and is now in force for Nadi River.

A Flood Alert remains in force for flood prone areas adjacent to and downstream of Wainimala, Waidina, Wainibuka and Ba Rivers.

A trough of low pressure lies over the group. The associated cloud and rain continues to affect the country for the next few days.

The system is expected to clear by Tuesday afternoon however, another trough of low pressure is expected to affect from Wednesday.
