The hearing date has been set for 14th May in the appeal case against parliamentarian Doctor Mahendra Reddy.
FICAC had filed an appeal on the judgement of the Chief Magistrate Usaia Ratuvili acquitting Reddy of one count of bribery and one count of undue influence.
Judge Justice Vincent Perera has given FICAC who are the appellant in this case to file their submissions by 13th March.
Defence counsel Devanesh Sharma has been asked to respond to the submissions by 4th April.
