Hazelman appointed FJTV Board of Directors Chairman

Business executive Nesbitt Hazelman has been appointed as the Fiji Television Limited Board of Directors Chairman

Business executive Nesbitt Hazelman has been appointed as the Fiji Television Limited Board of Directors Chairman after Deepak Rathod announced his resignation, effective from today.

Fiji TV says Rathod was appointed as the Board Chairman in May 2017, and has resigned due to personal reasons.

They say the Board sincerely acknowledges the contribution and Chairmanship of Rathod over the past years.

The Company says Hazelman presently is General Manager and Board of Secretary of Denarau Corporation Pte Limited.

They say he holds a Master's in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from Sydney University, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Australia Quality College, a BA with Double Majors in Management and Sociology with a Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personal Management from the University of the South Pacific.

Fiji TV adds Hazelman is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

The Company says Hazelman holds more than 20 years of experience in senior executive management roles and more than 15 years of experience in Human Resource and Industrial Relations.

They say he also serves on several other Boards, including the FHL Fund Management Limited, the Public Service Commission and the President’s College of Honour.
