A government delegation led by the Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama will present its reguregu to the late Permanent Secretary for Sugar Manasa Vaniqi on Friday.
Director Sugar, Viliame Gucake said the families of the late Manasa Vaniqi have relayed the message back to him regarding the funeral arrangements.
The Reguregu will be held at his residence in Waqadra, Nadi on Thursday.
The body of the late Permanent Secretary for Sugar will be laid to rest on Friday.
Vaniqi who hails from Dreketi, Wailevu, Cakaudrove passed away at the Lautoka Hospital on Thursday after a short illness.
The late Vaniqi was appointed to his current position since 2009 to oversee the important reforms with the Sugar industry.
He is survived by his wife Meiva and 7 children and grandchildren.
