Vude icon, Georgina Ledua says Communications Fiji Limited has always been her backbone throughout her musical journey.

Ledua stated this in an interview with fijivillage News leading up to the CFL Gratitude Concert tonight at Albert Park which is part of CFL’s 40th anniversary celebrations.

CFL is the parent company of LegendFM, FM96, VITIFM, Navtarang, Radio Sargam and fijivillage.

She says whenever she releases new music, has a concert or a fundraising, CFL has always been there for her.

Ledua says ‘Vunitavola’ was her first song to play on FM96.

She says she will be playing fan favourites, country music, and also some jazz and blues numbers tonight.

As part of CFL’s 40th anniversary celebrations, we have a heartfelt evening at the home of CFL dedicated to former CFL team members who helped shape our legacy from 6pm to 10pm tonight.

The CFL Gratitude Concert will be from 4pm to 11pm at Albert Park with artists like Seru Serevi, Laisa Vulakoro, Saimoni Vuatalevu, Big Wilz, Steve Macomber, Kuki, Rosi Loa, Tom Mawi, Vegas 6, Marama, The Gang, Nicky and Ouvacast ft. Billy T, Ciwa Music – Ratu, Kaliti, Asinate and Oni as well as entertainment from the VOU Dance Company and the Bollywood Dhamaka Show from the Navtarang and Radio Sargam team and Ronald Jai.

The fun starts with the food stalls and a bouncy castle from 12pm tonight.
