Fuli to rotate players at the Singapore 7s due to the injury of some key players

Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s coach, Saiasi Fuli says he will be rotating his players during the HSBC Singapore 7s this weekend.

Fuli says this is due to some of the key players being injured.

He says since the team has qualified for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, they now need to maintain and improve their consistency.

The Fijiana 7s will open their Singapore 7s campaign against Great Britain at 4.28pm this Friday, then they will take on Brazil at 9.43pm on Friday in their second match and play Australia at 4.50pm on Saturday in their last pool match.

The Women’s quarter-finals will start at 8.27pm Saturday, the semi-finals will begin at 5.02pm Sunday, and the Final will be held at 9.41pm Sunday.

Meanwhile, the Fiji Airways National Men’s 7s side will play the USA at 5.14pm this Friday in their first pool match before facing Great Britain at 10.30pm Friday. They will meet Ireland at 5.37pm on Saturday in their final pool match.

The Cup quarter-finals will start at 11pm on Saturday, the semi-finals will start at 5.48pm on Sunday and the final will kick off at 10.21pm on Sunday.
