Fuel and gas prices to increase today

People will need to pay more for fuel and gas as the prices will go up today.

The Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission says the price of unleaded fuel will increase from $2.67 to $2.69 per litre, premix will increase from $2.51 to $2.53 per litre, and diesel will increase from $2.31 to $2.33 per litre.

Kerosene will increase by 2 cents from $1.78 to $1.80 per litre.

Gas prices will also increase from tomorrow, with the cost of a 4.5kg cylinder, increasing from $15.53 to $15.78.

The 12kg cylinder will increase by 67 cents from $41.42 to $42.09, while Auto gas will increase from $2.25 to $2.28.
