A 24-year-old man in the US has won USD$477 million in that Powerball draw last month.
Manuel Franco who says he was just trying to save USD$1,000 in the bank stepped forward to claim the third largest lottery prize in US history yesterday.
After paying state and federal taxes, Franco will take home about USD$326 million.
