Interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama is hoping that NZ Prime Minister Helen Clark and her Labour Party is defeated in the NZ elections tomorrow.
Although Bainimarama said he knows the NZ government foreign policy towards Fiji will be hard to change, it definitely will be much better when Clark is no longer Prime Minister.
Meanwhile, rival supporters of John Key's National and Helen Clark's Labour parties have scuffled in Central Palmerston North.
The clash came during a National Party rally for leader John Key who has been leading the opinion polls to be the next NZ Prime Minister ahead of Clark.
