Fourth phase of voter registration to begin tomorrow
The fourth phase of voter registration will start in the country from tomorrow.

Supervisor of Elections, Mohammed Saneem said they have 554,566 voters registered so far.

Saneem said voter registration officials will visit all areas in Fiji.

They will begin registration in Rotuma from the 2nd of June. 

They will also be in Lau, Lomaiviti and Kadavu next month.

The voter registration drive will also start in the Central Division from tomorrow. 

They will conduct registration of voters at ten supermarkets from Nausori to Lami tomorrow and people who have not registered are being urged to visit the areas which will be publicized soon.

People who want their voter registration details changed or updated can also visit the registration teams.
  
So far, 86,277 people have been registered in the Northern Division, 230,612 people in the Central Division, 211,873 in the Western Division and 24,180 people have been registered in the Eastern Division. 

1,624 Fiji citizens living overseas have also been registered.

It was earlier stated that the estimated number of eligible voters for the September 17th general elections stands at about 620,000.
