Lautoka High Court Judge Justice Aruna Aluthge has found four students guilty of raping a 16-year-old girl at a school in Rakiraki on the 10th of April, 2014.
While giving his judgement, Justice Aluthge says that the four people have not denied sexual intercourse with the complainant and the only dispute is in relation to consent.
Justice Alutghe says it is highly implausible that a 16-year-old girl had agreed to have sexual intercourse with four boys, one after the other, at the school premises.
He says the complainant frankly admitted that she had a short relationship with the 1st accused where she was forced to have sexual intercourse.
The case has been adjourned to next Tuesday for sentence hearing.
