Cook Island Police have not ruled out foul play in relation to investigations on the 51 year old Fijian man who was found dead at a Harbor in the Cook Islands last week.
Cook Islands Police Commissioner Ma’ara Tetava told Fijivillage that they are still looking into the case.
Temo Taregugi had gone to Cook Islands with a barge contracted to transport equipment between Rarotonga and Northern group islands for infrastructure development.
He was found dead near a harbor in Cook Island last Tuesday.
