A former head teacher of a primary school in Naitasiri charged with multiple sexual offences has applied for bail again in the Suva High Court today.
42-year-old Ratu Ravuama Vunivalu Vuibau appeared before Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza.
Justice Hamza had previously denied him bail in November last year.
However, Vuibau' s lawyer was not present in court today and Justice Hamza has given defence until the 22nd of next month to file submissions on the new bail application.
Vuibau is charged with one count of rape and sexual assault, three counts of indecent assault and two counts of indecently annoying any person.
The victims are aged between 12 and 14 years and it is alleged that Vuibau had committed the offences sometime between the beginning of the third school term until September last year.
The case will be called again on the 22nd of next month.
