It was an emotional capping ceremony for former Flying Fijians who were part of the 1995 Tour to Wales and Ireland as they were honoured before the test between the Fiji Water Flying Fijians and Scotland on Saturday.

It was an emotional scene as the players reunited from different parts of the world when Fiji Rugby Union Chairman, John Sanday capped the former players.

The former players who were capped include Joeli Veitayaki, Bill Cavubati, Greg Smith, Tomasi Tamanivalu, Marika Korovou, Sale Sorovaki, Jason McLennan, Emori Bolobolo, Filipe Rayasi, Samu Saumaisue and Waisale Serevi.

The team officials for that tour were also honoured, such as their strength and conditioning coach Mark Harvey, physiotherapist Nigel Roe, team manager Sialeni Veutaki, and former head coach Brad Johnstone.
