The case of a 25-year-old former auditor who is charged one count of causing grievous harm and one count of assault causing actual bodily harm has been adjourned till Friday.
Melvin Kishore on the 7th of January last year allegedly caused grievous bodily harm to a man in Samabula.
Kishore's counsel has been asked to file an affidavit with details of his travel as the accused wishes to go overseas.
Bail has been extended for the accused.
