A former Agricultural Technical Officer at the Ministry of Agriculture appeared in the Nausori Magistrates Court today facing corruption-related charges.
FICAC has charged Siliva Senivasa with a count of General Dishonesty – Obtaining a Gain.
Senivasa is alleged to have received $450 from an individual as payment for land preparation under the Land Preparation Facility Program and kept it for herself.
She has been released on and the matter has been adjourned to 17 February next year for plea.
