Food business helps Masivou build her home and support the education of her children

42 year old Susana Masivou who has been selling food like nama, crabs, octopus and food parcels at the Suva Market for the past 16 years says her sacrifices has helped her to build their house, support the education of her 4 children and improve their standard of living.

Masivou says her husband always supports her in catching crabs and providing other food supplies to be sold at the market.

She says she travels every day from Namuka, Bau in Tailevu to Suva to sell food.

The 42-year-old says the minimum amount she earns in a week is $500 to $1,000.

She encourages everyone to utilize the available resources around us to improve our livelihoods.
