Attorney General, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum has urged the 172 Fijians who have left to work in Australia to follow the protocols that are in place there.

While farewelling them at the Nadi Airport, Sayed-Khaiyum says it is critically important for them to understand that they are going under not a very normal set of certain circumstances.

He acknowledged the Australian Government for its continuous assistance including the various stakeholders involved in the scheme.

The 172 Fijians are part of the Pacific Labour Scheme and will work for 3 years in Australia.
