The Flying Fijians cannot afford another slow start against Manu Samoa in Saturday’s Pacific Nations Cup clash at Rotorua International Stadium in New Zealand.
The Flying Fijians struggled earlier against Tonga, conceding the first try within minutes to trail 7-0.
Head coach Mick Byrne says there are plenty of opportunities for the team if they can avoid inconsistency, handling errors and poor carries during the game.
Fiji will take on Samoa at 3pm this Saturday at Rotorua International Stadium.
