Parts of Nadi Town is still flooded after heavy rain was experienced last night.
Anand Kumar who lives in Nadi Town says the situation is really bad at the moment as the flood waters is rising despite the low tide.
Kumar says a number of families have moved to evacuation centres as a result.
He adds they are experiencing occasional heavy rain at the moment and flood waters have also entered majority of the shops.
Kumar says most of the residents were prepared for this.
