Flood waters continue to rise in Ba Town.
According to Ba Police Station, there is around 3 feet of flood water in the main street and around 4 feet of water near the Ba Market area.
Police say they are experiencing heavy rain and the situation can get worse.
They say areas like Moto, Votua, Namosau, Rarawai and Varadoli have also been affected by flooding.
Ba Sangam College has been opened as an evacuation centre and some people have moved in to take shelter.
