Fisherman in custody following discovery of white crystals

A 43-year-old fisherman of Sigatoka was arrested yesterday afternoon in Nadi following the discovery of white crystals believed to be methamphetamine.

He was driving a vehicle when officers saw him acting in a suspicious manner.

A team from the Fiji Detector Dog Unit and Fiji Police Force Narcotics successfully intercepted and seized the white substances.
