Fire destroys old Birthing Unit near CWM Hospital

The old Birthing Unit located on Amy Street, opposite the CWM Hospital morgue has been destroyed in an early morning fire.

Firefighters at the scene told fijivillage News that the fire broke out around 4am and quickly engulfed the building.

An investigation into the cause of the fire will begin soon.
