Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama will make the final decision on whether Commonwealth Envoy Sir Paul Reeves and his entourage will be allowed to meet Fiji's two main political leaders Laisenia Qarase and Mahendra Chaudhry next week.
Information Permanent Secretary Lt Colonel Neumi Leweni said according to the program, Reeves will be having a meeting with Bainimarama, the Attorney General, Defence Minister, Fiji Chamber of Commerce and Fiji Electoral Commission.
Leweni did not give the reason as to why political leaders were not included in the program.
Sir Paul Reeves said that he is hoping to meet Qarase and Chaudhry after the two leaders wrote a joint statement to the Commonwealth.
