Fijiana XVs thrashes Lofa XVs 59-5 in Oceania Rugby Women's XV Championship opener

The Vodafone Fijiana XVs side thrashed Lofa XVs 59-5 in their first Oceania Rugby Women's XV Championship held at Lawaqa Park, Sigatoka, this afternoon.

Fiji held a comfortable 30-0 lead at halftime.

Tonga was able to score an unconverted try in the second half, but it was not enough as Fiji scored a further 29 points through 5 tries and 2 conversions to give them the demolishing win.

Fijiana will face Samoa Manusina at 4pm next Saturday.
