The Fijiana 7s team caused a major upset at the Fun Flavour Mini 7s series this afternoon after beating Olympic gold medalists New Zealand 7s team 10-0 in their second match.
Raijeli Daveua and Reapi Uluinasau scored the tries for Fiji.
NZ had edged the Fijiana 7s 14-12 in their first match.
Fijiana coach Saiasi Fuli says they know that they are playing the number 1 team in the world and need to prepare well for the 4 games left to be played.
The Fijiana 7s team has players such as Rusila Nagasau, Vasiti Solikoviti, Reapi Uluinasau and Ana Naimasi.
The two sides are currently playing in their 3rd match.
