Fijian Holdings Limited has now issued a statement confirming that FHL Group CEO, Nouzab Fareed has resigned.
The FHL board of directors have accepted the letter of resignation.
The board says Fareed resigned on his own will and accord.
His resignation is effective immediately.
The statement says that Fareed has served FHL Group since October 2004 in various capacities. Fareed became Group CEO in February 2011. The board says during this period, he led the group with strong leadership and made positive contributions to increase shareholder value.
