Fiji women’s and men's teams win silver and bronze medals respectively in 4×200 freestyle relay

The Fiji women’s and men’s teams won silver and bronze medals respectively in the 4×200 metres freestyle relay in Day 2 of the Oceania Swimming Championship in Gold Coast, Australia.

The women's team comprised of Marseleima Moss, Manawanui Thoms, Vivita Bai and Imelda Smith while the men's team consist of Erik Tokona, Anslem Coffin, Thaddeus Kwong, and Reuben Taylor.

Fiji Swimming says the team accomplished their personal best and improved their earlier times and delivered exceptional performances.

16-year-old Kelera Mudunasoko also won an Island Medal in the 100-metre breaststroke.

Meanwhile, on Day 1 of the competition, Erik Tokona won a bronze medal in the 200 metres butterfly race while Marseleima Moss and Manawanui Thoms won bronze and silver in the 200 metres freestyle respectively.
