Fiji has sent its good wishes for continued progress, peace and prosperity for the people of India on their 72nd Republic Day.
In his congratulatory message, Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama says Fiji attaches great importance to the friendship with India guided by the shared values and aspirations based on trust, peace and solidarity.
Bainimarama also conveyed Fiji’s appreciation to India, for the provision of humanitarian assistance in support of Fiji’s response to the recent Tropical Cyclone Yasa.
