Fiji wins first game against Spain

The Digicel Fiji Sevens team defeated Spain 14-0 in a scrappy affair in their opening game of the Dubai Sevens tournament.

Fiji’s points came in the first half with tries to captain Setefano Cakau and debutant Maleli Bula.

Playing under slippery conditions, Fiji failed with many try scoring opportunities and conceded 10 handling errors in the match.

Fiji takes on Scotland in their next match at 10.36pm.
