Fiji will be hosting its first ever Disability Gala Awards Night to recognize the achievements of people with disabilities from all walks of life.
Disability Gala Awards Event Committee Chairperson Rajnel Prasad says these awards have six categories.
The awards that will be presented will include TFL Entrepreneur of the Year, FNU Student of the Year, HFC Bank Senior Manager of the Year, Wyndham Destinations Sportsperson of the Year, Youth Group of the Year, and a Lifetime Achievement Award.
The National Disabled Awards will be held on the 9th of March at Holiday Inn in Suva and the winner of the Senior Management of the Year Awards will receive $1,500 in prize money.
