30 villagers of Momi were visited and thanked by the Fiji Police Force yesterday for their assistance in arresting four men who were involved in an aggravated robbery in August this year.
The four suspects stole a vehicle from Tavua Town and used it for robberies in Lautoka and Nadi.
When they were chased down by Police, the four men abandoned their vehicle in Momi and fled.
Police sought the assistance of villagers and they immediately organized a search party and managed to track down the suspects.
The Fiji Police Force band was also at Momi Village to entertain the villagers.
