Fiji Men’s 7s through to semis after decimating Solomon Islands 74-0

The Fiji Men’s 7s team are through to the semi final after decimating the Solomon Islands 74-0 at the Pacific Games last night.

Fiji scored 6 tries in the first half with a double from Netava Koroisau, Suliano Volivolituevei, Sakiusa Siqila, Joji Nasova and Alusio Vauadranu.

Fiji led 36-0 at half-time.

The second half started the same as the first with Fiji scoring at will through Rupeni Kabu, Ropate Rere, Iliavi Masori, Isimeli Tikomaimereke and a double to Waisea Lawebuka.

The Men’s semi finals will start at 2.24pm today while the gold medal final will be at 9 tonight.

Meanwhile, the Women's Championship semi finals will begin at 12pm today and the final will be at 8.12 tonight.
